Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • enough oat milk to cover
  • desired amount of frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, steel cut oats, and peanut butter powder.

  2. Stir until evenly mixed.

  3. Add enough oat milk to cover the mixture.

  4. Stir again.

  5. Stir in desired amount of frozen blueberries.

  6. Place in the fridge to chill overnight.

  7. In the morning, add a little more milk if too thick.
