Quick Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed)
Preparation
Mash 1 banana.
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, lots of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed). Stir to combine.
Form into cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350°F.
Let cool slightly before eating.
Serving suggestion
Pair with frozen mixed berries and cranberries.
