Banana Blueberry Oat Bake Breakfast
Ingredients
- one ripe banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk
- blueberries or other frozen or fresh fruit
Preparation
Mash one ripe banana
Add 1/3 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, lots of cinnamon, and 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk, then stir to combine
Add blueberries or other frozen or fresh fruit and stir again
Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes until the top looks set
