Banana Blueberry Oat Bake Breakfast

Ingredients

  • one ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk
  • blueberries or other frozen or fresh fruit

Preparation

  1. Mash one ripe banana

  2. Add 1/3 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, lots of cinnamon, and 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp plant milk, then stir to combine

  3. Add blueberries or other frozen or fresh fruit and stir again

  4. Bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes until the top looks set
