Cranberry Oat Bake Breakfast Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax (optional)
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • frozen cranberries (or another fruit)

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 bananas

  2. Add 2 cups rolled oats, lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional), and 2 cups plant milk

  3. Stir to combine

  4. Pour into a baking dish, such as a glass 8x8 pan

  5. Sprinkle with frozen cranberries or another fruit

  6. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
