Cranberry Oat Bake Breakfast Delight
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax (optional)
- 2 cups plant milk
- frozen cranberries (or another fruit)
Preparation
Mash 2 bananas
Add 2 cups rolled oats, lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional), and 2 cups plant milk
Stir to combine
Pour into a baking dish, such as a glass 8x8 pan
Sprinkle with frozen cranberries or another fruit
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
