Slice of Apple Turmeric Spice Oat Bake with a Side of Cherries
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional/can leave out)
- 2 tbsp ground flax (optional or choose another seed)
- 2 cups plant milk
- and spice of choice
- 1 chopped apple
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
Mash 2 ripe bananas
Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional/can leave out), 2 tbsp ground flax (optional or choose another seed), 2 cups plant milk, and spice of choice
Stir to combine, then add 1 chopped apple
Stir again and bake for 30-35 mins
