Slice of Apple Turmeric Spice Oat Bake with a Side of Cherries

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional/can leave out)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax (optional or choose another seed)
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • and spice of choice
  • 1 chopped apple

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mash 2 ripe bananas

  3. Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional/can leave out), 2 tbsp ground flax (optional or choose another seed), 2 cups plant milk, and spice of choice

  4. Stir to combine, then add 1 chopped apple

  5. Stir again and bake for 30-35 mins
