Turmeric-Spiced Rawnola with Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax or another seed
  • Spice of choice (e.g., turmeric blend)
  • A couple splashes of plant milk

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until it begins to stick together and resembles granola.

  2. If it is too dry, add a bit more plant milk as needed.

  3. Serve with cherries and blueberries.
