Raspberry Rawnola Breakfast with Mango Side

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia or hemp seeds
  • cinnamon to taste
  • freeze-dried raspberries to desired amount
  • plant milk as needed
  • fresh mango for side

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted medjool dates, ground flax seeds (or chia or hemp), cinnamon, freeze-dried raspberries, and a few splashes of plant milk.

  2. Process until the mixture is combined, adding more plant milk as needed to make it stick together.

  3. Serve with a side of fresh mango.
