Raspberry Rawnola Breakfast with Mango Side
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia or hemp seeds
- cinnamon to taste
- freeze-dried raspberries to desired amount
- plant milk as needed
- fresh mango for side
Preparation
In a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted medjool dates, ground flax seeds (or chia or hemp), cinnamon, freeze-dried raspberries, and a few splashes of plant milk.
Process until the mixture is combined, adding more plant milk as needed to make it stick together.
Serve with a side of fresh mango.
