Peach Oat Bake Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional)
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ground flax (optional)
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • peaches

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 bananas.

  2. Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional), lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional), and 2 cups plant milk.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Pour into an 8x8 glass baking dish.

  5. Layer peaches on top.

  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 350°F.

  7. Use frozen or fresh peaches as preferred.
