Peach Oat Bake Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional)
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 1/4 cup ground flax (optional)
- 2 cups plant milk
- peaches
Preparation
Mash 2 bananas.
Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional), lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional), and 2 cups plant milk.
Stir to combine.
Pour into an 8x8 glass baking dish.
Layer peaches on top.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 350°F.
Use frozen or fresh peaches as preferred.
