Raspberry Oat Bake with Applesauce and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • freeze dried raspberries

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients except raspberries and stir until evenly mixed.

  2. Add freeze-dried raspberries and mix again.

  3. Pour into a baking dish, such as a 2-cup Pyrex bowl.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
