Chocolate Oat Bake with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • fruit-sweetened raspberry jam

Preparation

  1. Mix fruit-sweetened raspberry jam with cacao powder to make the chocolate sauce; you can use any jam of choice, such as strawberry.

  2. Mash 1 banana.

  3. Add 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tbsp cacao powder to the mashed banana.

  4. Mix until fully combined.

  5. Bake the mixture at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes.

  6. Top the baked oat with the chocolate sauce.
