Chocolate Oat Bake with Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- fruit-sweetened raspberry jam
Preparation
Mix fruit-sweetened raspberry jam with cacao powder to make the chocolate sauce; you can use any jam of choice, such as strawberry.
Mash 1 banana.
Add 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup plant milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tbsp cacao powder to the mashed banana.
Mix until fully combined.
Bake the mixture at 350°F for approximately 25 minutes.
Top the baked oat with the chocolate sauce.
