Banana Oat Cinnamon Breakfast Bars


  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • Lots of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup plant milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, oat flour, ground flax, a generous amount of cinnamon, baking powder, and plant milk.

  3. Stir the ingredients together until they are evenly mixed.

  4. Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the bars are golden brown and set in the center.

  7. Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow the bars to cool before proceeding to the next step.

  8. Once cooled, top the bars with yogurt frosting or any desired topping of your choice.
