Homemade Rawnola Blend with Nuts and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of chopped Brazil nuts
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon of linseed, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (optional)
Preparation
You can use any dried fruit, nuts, or seeds available, but the recommended blend is provided.
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Mix until well combined and sticky, but be careful not to over mix.
Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
Sprinkle over breakfast, enjoy with plant milk, or use as a snack on the go.
