Coconut Berry Yogurt Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
- 2/3 cup plant based berry yogurt
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1/3 cup plant milk or water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and stir well
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
