Coconut Berry Yogurt Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup plant based berry yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup plant milk or water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and stir well

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
