Rawnola Bowl for Breakfast with Banana and Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 chopped medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • multiple shakes of pumpkin pie spice
  • a splash of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 chopped medjool dates, 1 tbsp chia seeds, multiple shakes of pumpkin pie spice, and a splash of plant milk.

  2. Process until it starts to clump together and resembles granola.

  3. If the mixture seems too dry to stick together, add a bit more plant milk as needed.

  4. Serve with banana slices and raspberry chia jam.
