Coffee Chia Overnight Oats with Berries and Banana

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • optional: 1 serving vegan protein powder

Preparation

  1. In a jar, combine all the ingredients

  2. Let set in the fridge for 3 or more hours

  3. Mix again before serving and enjoy
