Nutty Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop caramel slice protein powder (optional)
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 4 teaspoons nut butter
  • Few chopped almonds

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or jar, add oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, protein powder, and almond milk.

  2. Mix well to combine.

  3. Divide into two jars or pots and place in the fridge to leave overnight.

  4. In the morning, add the nut butter on top with some chopped almonds.

  5. You may drizzle with a little more maple syrup if you desire it sweeter.
