Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Oreo

Cream topping

  • 2-3 tablespoons Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
  • 1 Oreo

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients together and pour into a small ramekin or bowl.

  2. Mix coconut yoghurt and protein powder together and spread over the top of the oats. Add crushed Oreo.

  3. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set and thicken.
