Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Oreo
Cream topping
- 2-3 tablespoons Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
- 1 Oreo
Preparation
Mix the base ingredients together and pour into a small ramekin or bowl.
Mix coconut yoghurt and protein powder together and spread over the top of the oats. Add crushed Oreo.
Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set and thicken.
