Single Serve Cookies and Cream Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Oreo Biscuits
  • White Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

  1. Make oat flour by blending rolled oats until a flour forms.

  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk into a bowl and stir until combined.

  4. Stir in crushed Oreo biscuits and white chocolate chunks and pour into a ramekin.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or alternatively microwave for 1-2 minutes.
