Single Serve Cookies and Cream Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla)
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Oreo Biscuits
- White Chocolate Chunks
Preparation
Make oat flour by blending rolled oats until a flour forms.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add oat flour, protein powder, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk into a bowl and stir until combined.
Stir in crushed Oreo biscuits and white chocolate chunks and pour into a ramekin.
Bake for 15 minutes or alternatively microwave for 1-2 minutes.
