Blondie Batter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla*)
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter
  • 3 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • Choc Chunks to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix oat flour, protein powder, nut butter, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk together in a bowl.

  2. Add choc chunks to taste and incorporate them into the mixture.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

  4. Pour the batter into a baking dish.

  5. Bake at 180°C for around 15 minutes. The baking time can be adjusted based on desired gooeyness.

  6. Once baked to your preference, remove from the oven.

  7. Let it cool slightly before enjoying this delectable blondie batter baked oats.
