Single Serve Oreo Scroll
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- Dairy-Free Butter
- Oreos
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix flour, protein powder, and yoghurt together to form a thick dough.
Roll out on a floured surface in a long, thin rectangle.
Spread dairy-free butter across followed by crushed Oreo.
Roll into a scroll and put into a small, oven-safe bowl.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
