Single Serve Oreo Scroll

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • Dairy-Free Butter
  • Oreos

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix flour, protein powder, and yoghurt together to form a thick dough.

  3. Roll out on a floured surface in a long, thin rectangle.

  4. Spread dairy-free butter across followed by crushed Oreo.

  5. Roll into a scroll and put into a small, oven-safe bowl.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
