Single Serve Custard Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder
- 1 tbs Dairy Free Butter
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1-2 tbs Custard
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Add flour, protein powder, butter, sweetener and almond milk to a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour half the batter into a ramekin and add a spoonful of custard. Add remaining batter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and top with additional custard before digging in.
