Single Serve Custard Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs Dairy Free Butter
  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1-2 tbs Custard

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c.

  2. Add flour, protein powder, butter, sweetener and almond milk to a bowl. Stir to combine.

  3. Pour half the batter into a ramekin and add a spoonful of custard. Add remaining batter.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes and top with additional custard before digging in.
