4-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Donuts

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike chocolate fondant)
  • 2 tbs Sweetener
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 60g Dark Chocolate (for ganache)
  • 2 tbs Coconut Cream (for ganache)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, combine the Self Raising Flour, Chocolate Protein Powder, Sweetener, and Almond Milk. Stir until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a donut tray or muffin tin.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  5. Allow the donuts to cool at room temperature.

  6. To make the ganache, melt the Dark Chocolate and mix it with Coconut Cream.

  7. Dip each cooled donut into the ganache to coat.

  8. Store the chocolate protein donuts in the fridge for 4-5 days.
