Decadent Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
  • 1/2 tsp Vegan Gelatine (such as @queenfinefoods Jell-it-in)

Preparation

  1. Add the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, and vegan gelatine to a saucepan. Stir the ingredients together until they are well combined.

  2. Turn on the heat and gradually bring the mixture to a boil.

  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for a couple of minutes.

  4. Pour the mixture into a small bowl or mould and place it in the fridge for a few hours until it's set. For the best results, leave it in the fridge overnight.

  5. Once the pudding is set, decorate it with your favorite toppings. The creator used coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, and a @purabon protein ball.
