Easy Vegan Chocolate Coconut Bounty Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 tbs Granulated Sweetener
- 1 tbs Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbs Nut Butter (@macr0mike powdered chocolate almond butter)
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve warm, optionally topped with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and chocolate drizzle.
