Vegan Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can of @naturescharm_au Coconut Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Nut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
Place the trays in the freezer to allow the mixture to set.
Once the cubes are frozen, transfer them to a blender.
Add a dash of plant milk to the blender.
Blend the mixture until it reaches the desired ice cream consistency.
Serve immediately as a creamy, chocolatey vegan ice cream treat.
