Frozen Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream
Ingredients
- One tin vegan sweetened condensed milk
- 500ml vegan whipping cream
- 200g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- Vanilla (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
Beat the whipping cream until it thickens slightly, but not to stiff peaks.
Add the condensed milk and stir.
Fold in the melted dark chocolate.
Mix in the cacao powder, vanilla, and salt to taste.
Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and refrigerate until firm.
Transfer to the freezer and freeze for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
