Vegan Ferrero Rocher Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 70 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 11 whole hazelnuts
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • Crushed hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Roast the hazelnuts on parchment paper for about 8 minutes

  2. Let cool just a bit, then rub them strongly inside a kitchen towel to remove all the skins

  3. Process them into fine crumbs

  4. Add in the cacao, oil, syrup and vanilla and process again

  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, let cool a bit, add to the processor and process again until very sticky

  6. Form compact little balls, placing 1 hazelnut in each center

  7. For coating, melt the 100 grams dark chocolate, dip the balls in it to cover them completely, sprinkle crushed hazelnut on them

  8. Place on parchment paper, chill to set
