Homemade Vegan Snickers Bars
Ingredients
Base layer
- 4 dl oats
- 2 dl cashews
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10 dates
- A sprinkle of salt
Peanut layer
- 2 dl salty peanuts
- 0.5 dl coconut milk
- 0.5 dl agave syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Chocolate layer
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Blend the cashews and oats in a food processor.
Add the peanut butter, cacao powder, dates, and a sprinkle of salt and blend until a dough forms. Press the dough into a form.
Spread the salty peanuts evenly over the dough.
In a pot, combine coconut milk, agave syrup, and peanut butter; stir on medium heat until melted. Pour the sauce over the peanuts and dough.
Place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a pot.
Cut the frozen mixture into bars and dip them in the melted chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to harden, then enjoy.
Tips
Store the snickers bars in the freezer.
