3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Optional additions

  • Dark chocolate for swirling
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and transfer to a loaf pan lined with baking paper.

  2. Melt dark chocolate and create swirl effects on top using a toothpick.

  3. Freeze for a few hours.

  4. Cut into squares and sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Optionally, drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.
