3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Optional additions
- Dark chocolate for swirling
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and transfer to a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Melt dark chocolate and create swirl effects on top using a toothpick.
Freeze for a few hours.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with sea salt.
Optionally, drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.
