Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts/salt)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 mini dark chocolate PB cups

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil, then mix it in a bowl with maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper and top with chopped peanut butter cups.

  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
