Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts/salt)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 mini dark chocolate PB cups
Preparation
Melt the coconut oil, then mix it in a bowl with maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bread pan lined with parchment paper and top with chopped peanut butter cups.
Freeze for 1-2 hours, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
