Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup Dates (soaked)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Centre
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- Pinch of Salt
Topping
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- Chopped Peanuts
Preparation
Add base ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until combined and a thick dough forms.
Press into a lined baking tin and set aside in the fridge.
Make the centre by adding ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
Whisk together and pour over the base. Leave in the fridge to set.
Once set, melt dark chocolate and pour over the top. Sprinkle chopped peanuts.
Put in the fridge to set before slicing.
Tips
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can also be frozen and left in the fridge to soften before eating.
