Irresistible Raw Snickers Cups

Ingredients

For the Base

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Vanilla Protein (@macr0mike - discount code “amb-han”)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (@natvialiving)

For the Caramel

  • 1 cup Dates (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • Chopped Peanuts

For the Top

  • 100g Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients together until they form a wet sand consistency. Press this mixture into muffin cases (silicone ones work well).

  2. Create the caramel by blending soaked dates with peanut butter. Spoon this caramel mixture on top of the prepared bases and press chopped peanuts onto the caramel layer.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the top of the cups. Place the muffin cases in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.

  4. Once set, these Raw Snickers Cups are ready to enjoy. Store them in the fridge for up to 5 days, and they can also be frozen for longer storage.
