No Bake Cookie Dough Delight

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike Vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbs Coconut Oil (@naturalrawc)
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Choc Chips

Preparation

  1. Add almond flour, coconut flour, and protein powder to a bowl.

  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together maple syrup, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Stir to combine.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to form a thick dough.

  4. Fold through chocolate chips and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
