Protein-Packed Single Serve Choc Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Vanilla)
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter (@macr0mike PB+)
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2-3 tbs Almond Milk
- Choc Chips to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Add ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
Shape into a cookie and place on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce made by mixing cacao powder with peanut butter.
