Protein-Packed Single Serve Choc Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike Vanilla)
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter (@macr0mike PB+)
  • 1 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 2-3 tbs Almond Milk
  • Choc Chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Add ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

  3. Shape into a cookie and place on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce made by mixing cacao powder with peanut butter.
