Easy Gluten-Free S'mores Donuts: Indulgent Delights 🍩🔥
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 sheet of graham crackers (gluten-free if desired)
- Mini marshmallows
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs.
Add almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, nut butter, cinnamon, and baking powder to the eggs. Mix everything together until well combined.
Grease a donut pan, preferably a silicone one for easy removal.
Pour the batter into the donut molds, filling them about 3/4 of the way.
Bake the donuts in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes.
Remove the donuts from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before popping them out of the molds.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Dip each donut into the melted chocolate mixture.
Crush one sheet of graham crackers and sprinkle the crumbs on top of the chocolate-covered donuts.
Add as many mini marshmallows as desired on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
You can place the donuts in the fridge to set the chocolate and marshmallows or enjoy them right away.
