Paleo & Vegan Single Serving Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Heat a skillet over low-medium heat.
Dice the apple and add it to the skillet with a little coconut oil and cinnamon. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, then add the sautéed apples to it.
In a small bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients: almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut sugar (if using).
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the sautéed apples in the ramekin.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
