Paleo & Vegan Single Serving Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat.

  3. Dice the apple and add it to the skillet with a little coconut oil and cinnamon. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, then add the sautéed apples to it.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients: almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut sugar (if using).

  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the sautéed apples in the ramekin.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.

  8. Enjoy!
