Easy Paleo Banana Churro Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cut the bananas into 1 inch coins.

  2. Get two bowls ready. In one, melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds.

  3. In the other bowl, mix together the cinnamon and coconut sugar.

  4. Brush a banana coin with the coconut oil then coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture. You can use a toothpick or your hands.

  5. Set on a plate and repeat until all banana coins are coated.

  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little bit of coconut oil so the coins don't stick.

  7. Add bananas to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, flip, and cook another minute.

  8. Serve with melted chocolate and yogurt. Eat immediately as they don't store well.
