Paleo Single Serving Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Heat a skillet over low to medium heat

  3. Dice 1 apple and add to skillet with a little coconut oil and cinnamon

  4. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes

  5. Grease a small ramekin or baking dish and add the apples

  6. In a small bowl, mix together the crumble: 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

  7. Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F

  9. Enjoy!
