Paleo Single Serving Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- coconut oil
- cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
Heat a skillet over low to medium heat
Dice 1 apple and add to skillet with a little coconut oil and cinnamon
Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes
Grease a small ramekin or baking dish and add the apples
In a small bowl, mix together the crumble: 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350F
