No Bake Paleo Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp melted ghee or grass fed butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Filling
- 1 can coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Mix base ingredients together and line a muffin pan with liners.
Scoop mixture into the cups and even them off with a knife, then freeze for 20 minutes.
Mix filling ingredients together and add on top of the crust, then freeze for another 10 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of each bite, then freeze for an hour.
Let them thaw for about 5 minutes before eating and store in the freezer.
This recipe makes about 7-8 muffin size bites.
