Paleo and Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin purée
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp nut butter
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Whisk the eggs then add everything else into a bowl and mix well
Add to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Bake at 350f for 65-70 mins
