Homemade Gluten-Free Blueberry Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
Then add in everything else except the blueberries. Mix well.
Then fold in the blueberries.
Grease a donut pan well.
Add the batter about 3/4 of the way.
Bake at 350°F for 14-15 minutes.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
Store the donuts in the fridge.
