Homemade Gluten-Free Blueberry Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.

  3. Then add in everything else except the blueberries. Mix well.

  4. Then fold in the blueberries.

  5. Grease a donut pan well.

  6. Add the batter about 3/4 of the way.

  7. Bake at 350°F for 14-15 minutes.

  8. Let cool completely before removing from pan.

  9. Store the donuts in the fridge.
