Caramel Macchiato Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- pinch of cinnamon
Toppings
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- vanilla extract
- @planetoat dairy free vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Combine the mug cake ingredients together.
Transfer the mixture to a mug.
Microwave for 1 minute.
For the caramel sauce, heat 1 tbsp vegan butter, 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tbsp coconut cream, and vanilla extract over medium heat until fully combined.
Top the mug cake with dairy-free vanilla ice cream and the caramel sauce.
