Cookies and Cream Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- splash of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 2 gluten free oreos, crushed
Preparation
In a small pot over low heat, add coconut butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until everything is fully combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add coconut oil and mix.
Add flour and baking soda.
Lastly, fold in the crushed oreos.
Pop into the microwave for 1 minute.
Feel free to add more crushed oreo to the top.
