Cookies and Cream Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 gluten free oreos, crushed

Preparation

  1. In a small pot over low heat, add coconut butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until everything is fully combined.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  3. Add coconut oil and mix.

  4. Add flour and baking soda.

  5. Lastly, fold in the crushed oreos.

  6. Pop into the microwave for 1 minute.

  7. Feel free to add more crushed oreo to the top.
