Gluten-Free Cakey Oreo Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 pasture raised eggs
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 gluten free oreos, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease an 8x8 dish with coconut oil and set aside.
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then bring together.
Fold in the chopped oreos.
Scoop into the dish and sprinkle a handful more of oreos on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
