Gluten-Free Cakey Oreo Brownies

Ingredients

  • 4 pasture raised eggs
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 gluten free oreos, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease an 8x8 dish with coconut oil and set aside.

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then bring together.

  4. Fold in the chopped oreos.

  5. Scoop into the dish and sprinkle a handful more of oreos on top.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
