Fluffy and Fudgy Banana Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup all purpose gf flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a mini loaf pan with 8 slots.

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl and the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the wet into the dry, fill the loaves about 1/2 way full, and top with marshmallow (optional).

  4. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
