Homemade Paleo Apple Crisp Delight
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- coconut oil
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Chop 4 apples as desired, heat a pan over low medium heat, add a little coconut oil, add apples, sprinkle with cinnamon until coated, and sauté until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
Grease a pie pan and add the sautéed apples.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 1 tbsp coconut sugar, then top the apples with this mixture.
Bake for 30-32 minutes.
