Homemade Paleo Apple Crisp Delight

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Chop 4 apples as desired, heat a pan over low medium heat, add a little coconut oil, add apples, sprinkle with cinnamon until coated, and sauté until soft, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Grease a pie pan and add the sautéed apples.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 1 tbsp coconut sugar, then top the apples with this mixture.

  5. Bake for 30-32 minutes.
