Healthier Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
- coconut sugar
- cinnamon
- coconut oil
Preparation
For the dough — mix the flour, baking soda, and coconut yogurt
Roll into a long sausage shape and flatten
Coat one side with a mixture of melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut sugar
Roll up into a scroll shape and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins at 180c
