Healthier Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup thick coconut yogurt
  • coconut sugar
  • cinnamon
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. For the dough — mix the flour, baking soda, and coconut yogurt

  2. Roll into a long sausage shape and flatten

  3. Coat one side with a mixture of melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut sugar

  4. Roll up into a scroll shape and bake in the oven for 10-12 mins at 180c
