Loaded Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 60g Dark Chocolate
- Peanut Butter
- Chopped Peanuts
- Raspberry Jam
- Raspberries
Preparation
Melt dark chocolate and use half to pour into silicone muffin cases. Put in the freezer to set.
Add a spoonful of peanut butter to each cup and press raspberry in the centre. Add chopped peanuts and then jam on top.
Pour over the rest of the melted chocolate and put in the fridge to set.
Tips
Store in the fridge for up to a week or can be stored in the freezer for longer.
