No-Bake Vegan Snickers Cups

Ingredients

Chocolate coating

  • 70g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil

Nougat layer

  • 1/3 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/4 cup Dates (soaked)

Caramel layer

  • 1/3 cup Dates (soaked)
  • 2 tbs Peanut Butter
  • Peanuts (however many you’d like to top with)

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Pour into silicone muffin cases and bring slightly up on the sides. Set aside in the freezer to set.

  2. For the nougat, mix soaked dates in a blender with protein powder and almond meal. Scoop on to set chocolate and smooth evenly.

  3. Prepare caramel by mixing dates and peanut butter in a blender. Scoop on top of nougat. Top with peanuts and press slightly so they sink into caramel.

  4. Top with remaining melted chocolate.

Storage

  1. Store in the fridge for 5 days or can also be frozen.
