Crispy Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 40 g rice Krispies or puffed rice
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil, then stir in the rice Krispies or puffed rice.
Add half of the melted chocolate mixture to 5 silicone or paper muffin tins and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until firm.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter to each cup and cover with the remaining melted chocolate mixture.
Place back in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
